Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 6 oz/185g thinly bias-sliced peeled carrots (3 medium)
- 6 oz/185 g thinly sliced celery (4 stalks)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Spread them in a thin layer in an ungreased shallow baking dish and bake in a preheated over, 350 F/180 C/Gas Mark 4, stirring once or twice, for 10 minutes, or until light golden brown.
