Sesame Celery and Carrot Saute

  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 6 oz/185g thinly bias-sliced peeled carrots (3 medium)
  • 6 oz/185 g thinly sliced celery (4 stalks)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Cooking time 10mins


Step 1

Spread them in a thin layer in an ungreased shallow baking dish and bake in a preheated over, 350 F/180 C/Gas Mark 4, stirring once or twice, for 10 minutes, or until light golden brown.
