    eggplants, average size

    Tbsps. Tahini

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 3

    clove garlic, pressed

  • 2-3

    lemons

Directions

1. Pierce eggplants with a fork and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes, until skin becomes brittle. remove skins and place eggplant into a food processor. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and blend until you have a whipped mixture. Serve with pita bread cut into triangles.
