- 1 1/4 cups Almond Cluster Multi-Grain cereal, crushed (Oatmeal Crisp Almond cereal works well)
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 4 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Step 1
Using a large ice cream scoop, make 4 1/2 cup scoops of ice cream and place the ice cream scoops in a shallow pan. Cover the pan and store in the freezer until the ice cream is firm. In a small mixing bowl, toss together the cereal and margarine. Quickly roll the frozen ice cream balls in the cereal mixture and return the coated ice cream balls to the pan. Cover and freeze the coated ice cream balls until ready to serve. Stir together the honey and cinnamon and drizzle 1 tsp. of the honey mixture over each of the 4 ice cream balls. Serve immediately.
