Ingredients
- 24 oz evaporate low fat milk
- 1 T butter, melted
- 28 oz day old Italian bread or French bread
- 4 c low fat milk
- 1 c raisins
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 t vanilla
- 5 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine butter and evaporated milk.
2) Combine bread, milk, and raisins and let stand 30 min.
3) Combine remaining ingredients and combine all parts together.
4) Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon, raisins, and sugar on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
