Sweet and Sour Beef Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp onion, chopped
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Form into 18 or more balls. Brown in small amount of oil. Drain.
To 1 Tbsp oil, add:
1 cup pineapple juice and cook over low heat a few minute.
Add mixture of 3 Tbsp cornstarch, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 3 Tbsp vinegar, 6 Tbsp water and ½ cup sugar. Cook until juice thickens, stirting constantly. May be made in advance to this point.
Add meat balls, 4 slices of pineapple, cut in pieces and three large green peppers, cut into 12-16 strips lengthwise. Heat thoroughly, until peppers are crunchy cooked. Serve hot. (I like to serve this on a small amount of rice. Makes a complete meal)
