  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 large onion

  • 1/2 c water

  • 3 potatoes

  • 3 carrots

  • ginger

  • turmeric

  • pepper

  • curry powder

  • 3 c cabbage, cubed

Directions

1) Saute onion and garlic in a large soup pot. 2) Add 1/2 c water, potatoes, carrots, and spices and cook 10 min. 3) Add cabbage and another 1/2 c water and cook till tender.
