- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a bundt pan. Mix 1 cup brown sugar, 2/3 cup flour, and cinnamon. Cut in ½ cup butter and mix until crumbly, set aside.
Beat ½ cup butter in a bowl, until creamy. Add 1 cup sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Whisk together 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt; add alternately with the milk to the butter mixture, beating well after each addition. Spread ½ the batter into the pan. Cover with the berries and add the remaining batter by tablespoons. Cover with streusel topping.
Bake for 55 – 60 minutes, until deep golden brown.
