Ingredients
- SWEAT:
- 1 ⁄2 cup minced shallots
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- WHISK IN:
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 ⁄4 cup each balsamic and red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. each Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Sweat shallots in oil in a saucepan over medium heat until softened, 2–3 minutes.
Whisk in tomato sauce, jam, balsamic and red wine vinegars, Dijon, and Worcestershire. Simmer sauce 10 minutes, then season with salt, black pepper, and pepper flakes.
