- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp. paprika
- 20 chicken wings
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ½ cup hot sauce
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder

Step 1
Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat the chicken in the dry mix. Chill 1 hour. Melt the butter, stir in sauce, and garlic powder, and keep warm. Heat oil to 375 degrees, fry wings for 13 minutes and drain; place immediately in a Tupperware bowl. Pour ½ of the hot sauce over the wings. Cover and toss to coat. Wings can be frozen and reheated at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
