Ingredients
- 6 cups peeled and coarsely chopped apples (about 2 lbs.)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup quick-cook oats
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375 degree F. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, fold together apples, lemon juice, cheddar cheese and raisins. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
3. In another bowl, combine sugar, flour, oats, butter and pumpkin pie spice; mix until crumbly. Scatter over apple mixture.
4. Bake at 375 degree F for 30 minutes or until nicely browned and apples are tender. Cool at least 15 minutes. Serve warm.
