  • 4 cups green beans
  • salt
  • olive oil cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Just prepare the green beans by snapping off the ends,
then rinse and dry.
Spray baking sheet.
Spread a single layer on sheet and spray beans.
Dust salt over top. (as much or as little as you want)
Pop in the oven preheated at 400 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 until crispy.
I have even drizzled a tiny bit of actual olive oil for a more robust taste, though that DOES
ADD CALS AND FAT.
