Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) red potato chunks (1 inch/2.5cm)
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) sage, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) paprika
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp. (25 ml) butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except butter in a bowl.
Place potato mixture in center of a large piece of heavy-duty foil.
Dot with butter.
Bring edges of foil together to form a packet; close all edges with tight double folds.
Cook over medium heat on natural gas barbecue, turning packet over frequently, for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender
