Ingredients
- 26oz package frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 1 stick butter, melted
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8oz sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt/pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Add salt and pepper. Add the hashbrowns and mix well until the hashbrowns are completely coated.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and cook for 45 minutes.
