Meatloaf - Bacon Wrapped

Ingredients

• Make Meatloaf
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 6 sdlices bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Fit a baking sheet with a wire rack and coat lightly with nonstick cooking spray.

Form into a loaf and place on prepared pan.

Combine ketchup and brown sugar and spre3ad half on top of meatloaf. Arrange bacon over meatloaf in a crisscross pattern.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes; spread on remaining ketchup mixture and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temp. registers 160 degrees.
