Preparation
Step 1
Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a 15” x 10” cookies sheet; Work the dough up the sides of the pan. Bake the crust at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 – 10 minutes; Allow the crust to cool completely. In a medium sized bowl, blend together the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla; Add enough milk to make the mixture a spreadable consistency. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust. Cut the larger fruit into bite-sized pieces. Arrange any combination of the fruit on top of the cream cheese topping. In a medium pot, add the cornstarch, orange juice, lemon juice, 1 cup of sugar, water, and salt; Bring the mixture to a hard boil for 1 minute. Allow the fruit glaze to cool completely before pouring the glaze over the fruit. Sprinkle the pizza with poppy seeds and refrigerate until you are ready to serve it.
