  • 1 (15 oz) sliced green beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 C. balsamic vinegar
  • 4 t. dried parsley flakes
  • 4 t. dried basil
  • 2 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 t. dried dill
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 1/2 C. sliced carrot
  • 1/2 C. vertically sliced red onion

Step 1

Mix all vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables; toss gently to coat. Will keep well in refrigerator.
