  • 1 (19.5 oz) box chocolate fudge brownie mix, such as Pillsbury
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tea. salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9" square ban with foil, letting edges extend over sides of pan. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread batter into prepared pan.

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add peanut butter, beat well. Add egg and salt; beat until blended. Drop peanut butter mixture by heaping teaspoons over brownie batter. using the tip of a knife, swirl batters together.

Bake until center is almost set and edges of brownies begin to pull away form the sides of the pan, about 40 minutes.

Let cool completely on a wire rack. Lift from pan using edges of foil. Cut into squares.
