Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 large eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 4 T. melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
_use an immersion blender with blending bowl or a standard blender_
*Mix*h
layer ingredients into the base of the blender and then blend completely - chill for @ 30 minutes
*Cook*
heat crepe pan with butter - use silver ladle - 2 per crepe cook @ 1 minute per side
