  • 1 pound flank steak, trimmed
  • 3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dark sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Trim the flank steak of excess fat and add to bag. Seal and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. When ready to cook, remove steak from bag and discard marinade. Grill steak 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from grill and cut diagonally across grain into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices.
