Sliders with Grilled Vegetables

Horseradish Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup horseradish

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 t. kosher salt
- 2 T. freshly ground pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 T. Worchestershire sauce
- 2 T. lemon pepper
- 12 dinner rolls or small buns
- 1/2 stick butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix ground chuck with the onion, salt, and pepper. Using a small scoop or spoon, divide mixture into 12 balls. Flatten each ball into a 2-3 inch square and place on a sheet pan. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until firm, at least an hour. Place remaining vegetables in bowl with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon pepper. Cover and chill.
Heat grill to medium-heat. Spread buns with butter and wrap in foil. Place on grill grate while cooking patties and vegetables.
Place patties on grill and cook about 2 minutes per side, being careful to not over cook. Remove vegetables from marinade and char on each side. Remove from heat and cut vegetables into 1-2 inch pieces to fit bun. Remove buns from heat. When ready to serve, layer meat patty, a few vegetables, and a dollop of horseradish sauce on each bun. Serve warm.
