Ingredients
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- Salt
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- Dash garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 lb. chicken breast fillets, sliced into strips, ½” wide

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oil to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, peppers, cumin, salt, paprika, onion powder, and garlic. Beat egg and add 1 cup milk, and stir. Pour flour into another bowl, and bread chicken by coating each in flour, dip into liquid mix, and then flour again. Dip in liquid mix again and then in corn flake crumb mix. Coat well and fry strips 4 – 5 minutes, or until golden.
