Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 package of yeast
- 1/2 tsp of oregano
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup of water
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni

Step 1
Combine 1 1/2 cup of flour with yeast, oregano and garlic powder.Heat water, butter , sugar and salt to 115 degrees. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Beat on low 30 seconds. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Add pepperoni by hand and then add flour by hand enough to make a moderatly soft dough. Cover and rise till double. Stir down. Spread into a greased loaf pan. Rise again. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes.
