Honey Barbecue Pork Roast with Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound boneless pork loin roast or sirloin roast, trimmed of fat
- 1/3 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 boxes Green Giant frozen honey glazed carrots, thawed

Step 1
Spray slow-cooker with cooking spray. Place pork roast in cooker. In a small bowl, stir together barbecue sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and pepper; pour over pork.
Cover; cook on low heat setting 6 to 7 hours.
Place carrots around pork. Increase heat setting to high. Cover; cook about 30 minutes longer or until carrots are crisp-tender. RFemove pork from cooker to cutting board with slotted spoon. Cut pork into slice; place on serving platter. Top pork with sauce and carrots.
