You can use a prepackaged Beef salami mix instead of all the other ingredients (except the beef).

Ingredients
- 5# ground beef
- 4 T. Curing salt
- 1 ½ tsp. Liquid smoke
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp coarse pepper
- 2 ½ tsp. Mustard seed

Preparation
Step 1
Knead all ingredients. Place in bowl, refrigerate. Knead 5 minutes for four days. On 4th day, knead, and then form into rolls, 2” thick. Bake on rack, so grease drops out as it is baking – 12 hours at 150 degrees. Drain on towels.
