Ingredients

  • Med - Large cooked bay shrimp, thawed 1 ½ lbs
  • Bow Tie pasta 24 oz
  • Butter 3 Tbsp
  • Cooking Oil 1 Tbsp
  • Sliced Fresh Mushrooms 3 cups
  • Garlic, Minced 2 cloves
  • White cooking wine ½ cup
  • Minced parsley 1/3 cup
  • Diced pimiento, drained ¼ cup
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Black pepper ¾ cup
  • Heavy cream ¾ cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup
  • Red Pepper ½ tsp

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook the pasta until tender
2. Meanwhile, in a 4 quart kettle, melt butter with oil. Saute mushrooms and garlic 2 minutes.
3. Stir in wine, parsley, pimiento, salt, peppers
4. Stir in shrimp and cream together until blended. Stir in parmesan cheese until thickened.
5. Cook 2 more minutes until heated through
6. Drain pasta, serve over pasta. Sprinkle additional parmesan cheese
