Ingredients
- Med - Large cooked bay shrimp, thawed 1 ½ lbs
- Bow Tie pasta 24 oz
- Butter 3 Tbsp
- Cooking Oil 1 Tbsp
- Sliced Fresh Mushrooms 3 cups
- Garlic, Minced 2 cloves
- White cooking wine ½ cup
- Minced parsley 1/3 cup
- Diced pimiento, drained ¼ cup
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Black pepper ¾ cup
- Heavy cream ¾ cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup
- Red Pepper ½ tsp

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook the pasta until tender
2. Meanwhile, in a 4 quart kettle, melt butter with oil. Saute mushrooms and garlic 2 minutes.
3. Stir in wine, parsley, pimiento, salt, peppers
4. Stir in shrimp and cream together until blended. Stir in parmesan cheese until thickened.
5. Cook 2 more minutes until heated through
6. Drain pasta, serve over pasta. Sprinkle additional parmesan cheese
