Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1/2 cup cracker meal
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • garlic and onion salt to taste
  • 1 (14oz.) catsup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard

Cooking time 60mins

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients. Form into small balls. Brown. Mix rest of ingredients, leaving onion whole and bring to a boil. Add meatballs and simmer 1 hour. Place in chafing dish.

I prefer to just make it in a crock pot!
Remove onion before serving.
