Ingredients
- 315 grams flour
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. butter, chilled and cut into ¼ inch slices
- 6 oz. cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Process flour, sugar, zest, and salt, scatter butter over the mix and process with on/off pulses. Pulse until mixture resembles cornmeal. Scatter cream cheese over the mixture and process until the mix comes together. Divide dough in half and chill.
