Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork ribs
- 4 cups water
- 4 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 tsp oil

Step 1
Trim fat from the pork and wash clean and paper dry.Separate each rib and chop into 1.5 inch lenghts.
Heat oil in wok, brown the garlic, add salt and put all spareribs in wok and stir fry at med heat for 5 minutes. Add water and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved and cooked in slow heat for about 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally , water and sugar mixture should reduce to half it's origina size. Stir and mix well.
