Ingredients
- 2 cups salad green, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 can (7 1/2 oz) or frozen pkg (7 oz) crabmeat
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
- ripe or green olives
- Louis dressing
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly minced onion
- 2-3 drops Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange chilled salad greens on individual salad plates.
Top with chilled crabmeat, tomatoes, eggs, and olives.
Pour Louis Dressing over salad.
Louis Dressing:
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoon chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly minced onion
2-3 drops Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
Mix ingredients. Refrigerate 30 minutes before pouring over Crab Louis. Makes 1/2 cup.
