  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups cake flour, sifted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract



Step 1

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add and beat well with salt, almond and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in cake flour and mix well. Bake in a greased and flour Bundt or tube pan for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
