No Knead Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 4 tsp dry yeast
- 2/3 c lukewarm water
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 2/3 c lukewarm water
- 5 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/3 c wheat germ
- 1 1/3 c water

Preparation
Step 1
Perheat oven to 400.
Sprinkle yeast into 2/3 cup lukewarm water.
Add honey.
Let work for approximately 10 minutes.
Combine molasses and 2/3 c lukewarm water.
Combine yeast and molasses mixtures.
Stir in flour, salt, wheat germ, and 1 1/3 c water.
Smooth dough into well oiled pan or 2 pans.
Let rise to top of pan.
Bake at 400 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
