FRENCH FRIED ONIONS

Ingredients

  • 1 Large onion
  • 1 cup Corn meal
  • 2 Beaten eggs
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Cut onion into ½ inch pieces and soak in cold water for 20 min. beat cornmeal, milk and eggs. Drain onions and dip in batter and fry in oil, drain on brown paper.
