Ingredients

• 2 cups Original Bisquick mix
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup milk
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Pancakes (14 pancakes)
Classic: Stir in 1 Tbsp sugar, 2 tsp baking powder and 1 Tbsp lemon juice.
Supreme: Stir in 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp vanilla.
