Ingredients
- 2 lbs raw hamburger
- 4-6 cups cooked rice
- 1 large chopped onion
- 3 celery stalks chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3-4 tbsp garlic powder or chopped
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce

Step 1
Mix and roll into cabbage. Top with layer of sauerkraut. Tomato soup, can add sour cream to tomato soup.
