Ingredients
- 2 Cube Butter, Soft
- 2 C. Sugar
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 2 t. Vanilla
- 3 1/2 C. Flour
- 1 t. Baking Soda
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1 C. Heavy Cream
- 4 Ripe Bananas, mashed well

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter & sugars. Mix in eggs & vanilla. Add flour, soda, and salt. (Be sure not to over mix, as it will result in a heavier bread) Fold in cream & bananas.
Pam spray 3 loaf pans & coat with some brown sugar (press to the bottom & sides of the pans). Pour in the batter.
BAKE 350˚ for 1 hour. It's done when a toothpick comes out clean.
