Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c cold boiled navy beans
- 1 (1 lb) can French-cut green beans
- 1 (1 lb) can yellow wax beans
- 1 (1 lb) can red kidney beans
- 3/4 c minced green pepper
- 1/2 c minced onion
- 1/2 c salad oil
- 1/2 c cider vinegar
- 1/2 - 3/4 c granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Day before, if desired:
Drain beans and place in glass bowl.
Add green pepper and onion.
Mix oil and vinegar with sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour over bean mixture.
Toss.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
