- ½ cup buttermilk
- 3 tbs. spices (salt, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, oregano, thyme)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 lb. chicken wings

Step 1
Combine the milk, 1 tbs. seasonings, and ½ cup of the flour to make a paste. Dredge the wings into the paste and mix, then dredge into remaining seasoned flour. Fry immediately in hot oil. Drain and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
