Ingredients
- 6 oz spaghetti
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1/2 c chopped pepper
- 1 (6 oz) can tomatoes, cut up
- tomato paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 c ricotta cheese
- 1 c mozarella

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook spaghetti and drain.
While hot, stir in butter, eggs, and parmesan cheese.
In 10" pie pan, form crust.
Coko ground beef, onion, and pepper until browned.
Drain.
Stir in tomato paste, tomatoes, sugar, oregano, and garlic.
Heat thoroughly.
Spread ricotta over bottom of crust.
Fill inside with meat mixture.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350.
Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
Bake 5 minutes more.
Cut into pie wedges and serve.
If use 1 lb spaghetti, double all ingredients and it makes 3 8" or 9" pies.
Freezes well.
