¾ Cup Italian Dressing
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, firmly packed
½ Tsp. Ginger Root, minced
1 1 to 1½ pound sirloin steak
Combine all ingredients except steak in a small bowl. Pour 1/2 cup of the marinade over the steak in a large shallow non-aluminum baking dish or re-sealable plastic bag. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occassionally, 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Refrigerate remaining marinade. Remove steak from marinade, discard marinade. Grill steak, brushing frequently with reserved marinade, until steak is desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes; thinly slice and serve.
