  • 1 breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1t.dry mustard
  • 6 slices hearty white bread, cubed
  • 1 cup grated cheese, + more for topping



Step 1

Cook sausage until done. Drain and set aside. Beat eggs and add milk along with dry mustard together. In a greased pan (13x9), layer cubed bread, sausage, and 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, sausage and cheese. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top if desired. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake 350o for 45 minutes.
