Strawberry Soda Pop Cake

Ingredients

• Strawberry Soda Pop Cake
• 1 - package Strawberry Cake mix (any brand)
• 1 - 12 oz Can Strawberry Fanta soda or 1 1/2 cups
• 1 – Egg
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 Tubs Cool Whip
• (I used about 1 and a half to "frost" a double layer cake)
• Fresh Strawberries (Sliced)

Preparation

Step 1

Add cake mix to a large mixing bowl. Add egg, oil and strawberry soda. Beat until smooth. Pour into two baking pans that have been greased and floured. Bake as directed (depending on pan used--I used 2 round cake pans). Once cake is done and cooled, Frost with with cool whip and arrange strawberries in the middle of the cake and on top.
