  • 1/4-1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • Filling
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 Tbs flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • juice/rind of 1 lemon (l/4 - l/2 cup juice)

Step 1

Just mix and pour over crust. Bake until cracks show on top. Shake pan to test. Baking time varies on this. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
