- 1 1/21 lbs hamburger
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 can cheese coup
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup wine
- Hot, cooked spagetti noodles

Step 1
1. Combine first 8 listed ingredients. Shape into meatballs. In pan, borwn meatballs in hot oil. drain off excess fat.
2. Stor together soup, flour (1/2tsp salt plus oregano for flavor). Gradually add 1/2 cup milk. Pour sauce over meatballs, cover. Simmer 10-12 minutes. Stir in wine, cover, simmer 5 minutes. Serve over spagetti noodles.
