RHUBARB DUMP CAKE
From a Spring, 2011 What's Cooking Kraft Magazine.. very easy and very tasty.. I served with ice cream !!

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh rhubarb (approximately 4 cups chopped)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - 85 g package strawberry jello powder
- 1 white cake mix (could also use yellow)
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Place rhubarb in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with sugar and dry jelly powder.
Mix cake mix, butter and water with fork just until moistened.. do not overmix.
Pour over rhubarb - spread to completely cover.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with ice cream or whipping cream.
