I created this casserole to incorporate meat, vegetables, and potatoes all in one dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 6 cups Southern Style Potatoes
  • 2 cups corn
  • 10 3/4 oz. Cream of Chicken soup
  • 14 1/2 oz. can Del Monte French Style Green Beans
  • 6.9 oz. can French's French Fried Onions
  • Nature's Seasons
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Step 1

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Add 2 Tbsp butter to a pot and add the potatoes; Sprinkle Nature's Seasons over the potatoes and cover. Cook the potatoes until they are tender. Add the corn, green beans, and cream of chicken soup to the ground beef; Simmer. Spray the bottom of a glass 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the potatoes on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer the ground beef over the potatoes and top with the onions. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
