Ingredients
- 1/4 C Water
- 1/2 C White Grape Juice
- 1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Anaheim Peppers
- 1 C Ketchup
- 7/8 C Brown Sugar
- 1 TB Garlic Powder
- 1 TB Chili Powder
- 1 TB Paprika
- 2 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Old Bay

Preparation
Step 1
-Roast peppers, remove stems, then blend on High for 2 mins with water, juice, and vinegar.
-Add the rest of the ingredients to a sauce pan with the blended ingredients and mix well.
-Bring to a boil then reduce heat.
-Simmer for 25-30 mins.
-Re-blend until smooth.
-Pour from blender to jar or bottle through mesh strainer.
