Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 1 package won ton skins
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  • 4 stalks green onion
  • 1 package sliced almonds
  • 2-3 tblspn black Japanese sesame seeds
  • Lawry's seasoning salt
  • Dressing:
  • 4 tblspn sugar
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 2 tspn msg
  • 1 tspn pepper
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 tblspn vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Salad:
Remove skin from chicken breasts. Season with Lawry's seasoning salt. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done. Shred and set aside. Cut won ton skins into strips. Fry and set aside. Shred lettuce, slice green onion and add to lettuce. Heat sesame seeds. Crush with rolling pin and add to lettuce. Add shredded chicken and toss. Top with won ton skins and sliced almonds before serving.

Dressing:
Add all ingredients together and heat on stove until the sugar dissolved. Cool and pour into a container. Before using shake to mix contents. Double dressing. Add dressing just before serving.
