Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1-1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 tspn salt
• 1/4 tspn pepper
• 1-1/2 cup milk
• 3/4 cup Bisquick
• 3 eggs
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 cup shredded cheddar or process American cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10x1-1/2 inch. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth, 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
