Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork 9loose ground or thin sliced up chops)
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 2 T oil
- 16 oz jar salsa (I use mild picante but you can use salsa if prefer)
- 6 T peach preserves
- hot, cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice as pkg. directs
Toss pork with seasoning mix - Brown in hot oil - drain off fat.
Stir salsa and preserves in to blend well.
SIMMER:- 15 minutes - partially covered.
Serve over the cooked rice.
